PARADISe is a software program for resolving untargeted Gas Chromatography Mass Spectromety (GC-MS) data. It was originally developed at the Chemometrics group at University of Copenhagen, Dept. Food Science. To best support maintenance, support, and development of PARADISe, it has now been spun-out of the University of Copenhagen and into the newly established Kromath ApS.
The PARADISe software will now be available in two versions, the free Community Edition and the paid Professional Edition. All the features of available PARADISe v6.0.1 will continue to be free, as well as future bug fixes and general improvements, for instance coloring of intervals by NISTMS match factor and inclusion of retention indices in the PARADISe report (req. NIST14 or newer). The Professional Edition provides additional new features, here we highlight:
Automatic generation of peak tables after interval selection
Ability to use an existing PARADISe session for predicting the content of new samples
Selecting different Deep Learning models for chemical peak prediction.
We look forward to making PARADISe an even better tool for GC-MS data analysis and more easily applicable to a diverse set of challenges. We hope you will help us in this endeavor by continuing to providing feedback, submitting bug reports, and suggesting improvements to the software.
