Hi,
I have been working on a session on PARADISe v6.1.7 dev (Community edition). The CDF data files in this session were already analyzed, and a report was already exported. On 03/07 I reopened the session to check certain peaks, I did not make any changes in the model. When I closed PARADISe, the program did not respond for a long time. I shut down my computer to force it to close. On the next day, I wanted to open the same session again, but it was impossible. The program gave me the following warning messenger (see in the attachment).
My guess is that, PARADISe was trying to save the session when I closed it. Since I forced it to stop, some data (the mass axis in this case) was missing.
Could you help me to retrieve the previous version of this session? Was there any temporal files somewhere which I could use the restore the missing data?
I am looking forward to a feedback soon. Many thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Hai Anh

Hi Hai Anh
This error might occur when the session is moved to a different path or when it is saved in the cloud, since the session might not have been properly saved - particularly affecting the data file (.m file) within the paradise-data subfolder.
If the data has not been aligned, one way to fix this would be starting a new session importing the same CDF files used before. Close the new session, and copy paste the models from the old sessionĀ (within the subfolder paradise-model) into the new one. Try this and see if it makes the trick.
Nevertheless, we will further explore what causes this error to fix it. To do that, sharing your session with us (if possible) would be of help: support@kromath.com
