I am using Paradise for GC-MS (single Quad). I need to understand the interval detail file generated after I exported all the data from the software

i wanted to understand 

Num. Iterations Compute Time (sec.)Core ConsistencySSResidualSSTotalVarExplStart RT (min)

In the interval sheet, especially the Core consistency and SS Residual, how it change with models?

In the screenshot attached, highlighted details are intervals in duplicate. I am not able to interpret the data. Which model should I retain?

How the Compute Time (sec.)

 affect other parameters? Please look at the interval Id 77. Any Tips for data cleaning(in case of selecting overlapping peaks, hence two overlapping intervals, with similar compounds)
